Information about the Danish Business Authority during coronavirus / covid-19

The Danish Business Authority will keep operating during coronavirus / covid-19. This includes the Customer Center, Virk.dk and CVR. Procedures will continue, as far as possible, in order to serve companies throughout Denmark.

The Danish Business Authority follows the recommendations of the The Prime Minister’s Office to limit the spread of coronavirus / covid-19. Therefore, employees are working from home until March 30. 

This means that all calls, i.a. to the Customer Center, will be answered within normal business hours and procedures will continue. However, customers and companies must expect extended response times as all employees are working from home.

Furthermore, physical documents, such as service certificates, cannot be physically collected at the address of the Danish Business Authority.

Please consider whether calls can wait or if answers may be found on our websites.

Cancellations and meetings

The Danish Business Authority cancels or postpones all events, such as information meetings, seminars and conferences.

Some external meetings will be held as virtual meetings, i.e. without physical attendance.

The Danish Business Authority will continuously provide update on the situation. Businesses are encouraged to stay informed via our websites.
