The purposes for the processing of your personal data

We process your personal data in order to answer your inquiry about legislation within the competence of the Danish Business Authority and support the systems under the Danish Business Authority.

The legal basis for the collection and use of your personal data comes from The General Data Protection Regulation article 6, paragraph 1, point e.

Categories of personal data

We process regular personal data including CVR number and phone numbers for persons and sole proprietorships.

Recipients of your personal information

The Danish Business Authority makes use of data processors which have access to the extent that is necessary for them to provide their services.

Sources for your personal data

We collect your information through your phone call. It is not possible for you to contact the Danish Business Authority without sharing your information.

No data is collected from other sources.

Retention of your personal data

Information about your phone number is deleted after 90 days.

CVR numbers are saved for 5 years if entered while waiting for an available supporter.

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of data concerning you. If you wish to exercise your rights, you must contact us.
