The purpose of collecting and processing your personal data
The purpose of collecting and processing your personal data is to send you your selected newsletters and notifications from The Danish Business Authority.
The legal basis for the collection and use of your personal data comes from The General Data Protection Regulation article 6, paragraph 1, point a.

We collect general personal data such as your e-mail address.

We have received personal data from you.

The Danish Business Authority makes use of data processors who have access to the extent that is necessary for them to provide their services.
Storage of your personal data
We store your personal data until you withdraw your consent. If you unsubscribe or you have not confirmed your subscription, we store your personal data up to seven days.
The right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any given time. You can withdraw your consent by unsubscribing or contacting us.
The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data based on your previously submitted consent up to the time that your consent is withdrawn. This is to clarify that the withdrawal of your consent will take effect from that time.
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of data concerning you. If you wish to exercise your rights, you must contact us.

You have the right to obtain access to the data we process concerning you, together with a number of other data.
Right to rectification (correction)
You have the right to have incorrect data concerning you rectified.
Right to erasure
In special cases, you have the right to have data concerning you erased before the time of our ordinary general erasure.

In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the extent to which we process your personal data. If you have the right to restrict processing, we will henceforth only process information with your consent – with the exception of storage – or if a legal claim can be established, exercised or defended, or to protect a person or important public interests.
