The purposes for the processing of your personal data

We process your personal data in order to record the phone call with the aim of improving our service through continuous training and education of our employees.  

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data

The processing of your personal data is based on article 6 (1) (e) of the Data Protection Regulation

Categories of personal data

We process the following categories of personal data about you: Regular personal data including name, CVR number, phone numbers for persons and sole proprietorships, email addresses, addresses etc.

Recipients of your personal information

The Danish Business Authority makes use of data processors which have access to the extent that is necessary for them to provide their services.

Sources for your personal data

We collect your information through your phone call. No data is collected from other sources.

Retention of your personal data

The phone call is recorded in the Customer Center and saved for 30 days before it is deleted.

Information about your phone number is deleted after 90 days.

Right to withdraw consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any given time. To do so, you can contact us using the contact information provided in the first section.  

The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data based on your previously submitted consent up to the time that your consent is withdrawn. This is to clarify that the withdrawal of your consent will take effect from this point in time.
