Better business regulation

The Danish government has in 2012 launched a number of initiatives to simplify rules. The intention is to create solutions which make it easier to run a business without jeopardizing the intended goals of legal acts.

Businesses’ perception of administrative burdens does not only relate to the rules themselves. Therefore, there is also a focus on concrete reporting processes, case work, control, communication and service which altogether make up the “face” of public authorities vis-à-vis the businesses.
